Keep New Zealand Beautiful
"We need YOU to help keep New Zealand beautiful!"
Iconic community beautification trust Keep New Zealand Beautiful needed to completely refresh its online presence for a new generation. The new site had to tell its Kiwi-culture story, communicate its vision and facilitate donations – but above all, encourage ordinary New Zealanders to volunteer to do their bit.
The Copy Kitchen carried out a full content audit of the old site. We recommended new navigation, content structure and calls to action, and worked with Spark Digital to build a new website on a shoestring. The result was a bright, fresh site that showcased KNZB’s mission and provided inspiration and support to local volunteers.
What you can do
Energy, enthusiasm and a bit of elbow grease – that’s all it takes to make a big difference to your own little corner of New Zealand. Volunteering with Keep New Zealand Beautiful is a fun and satisfying way to get involved in your community. You’ll be part of a network of incredible Kiwis all over the country, all working to do their bit for a cleaner, safer environment.
Volunteer to organise an event‘What an amazing day!’ We hear it time and again – volunteers blown away by the sense of community created by a litter clean-up or beautification event.
There are opportunities throughout the year to get involved in Keep New Zealand Beautiful events. We run KNZB Graffiti Free Week in March, KNZB Arbor Week in June and KNZB Clean-Up Week In September. But we need volunteers like you to make them happen.
